Hey I like the idea of a longer search option for past purchases. Somehow after my original purchase I was assigned a second account number. I would be great if both account numbers could be combined. Yeah I know I am a dreamer. Jim

It looks the same as before to me, only showing order since 2007.

It could be that my # changed at that time, like fjimp mentioned his did??

I'll have to look up some old orders to see if I have a different number from now.... it would be nice to see a more complete listing.

My orders go all the way back to 2004 (which is when I first purchased my 520). As far as I can tell, my order history is complete.

Multiple accounts will be listed, as long as they have matching email addresses (name alone isn't a safe enough match). Otherwise our system won't know that the accounts belong together.

OK this makes sense, or at least it could. In my case I have had several emails over the years, even ones from work which I could have used. One in particular comes to mind.

When I look at the page now I use my present email address and associated password. If I were to use the "other possible" email it is going to ask for a password. I have no idea what that password might have been... OK it can be reset, of course that would be sent to the "other possible" account which is no longer.

So that leads to reregistration using the old email.... and I don't want to go there.

It looks like an account number and phone number are use in the search in the forum of:

//www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/chkstatus.h ... hone3=5555

so again if I can find an old order I might be able to find the information by this method.

Just thinking,

Ed
