I'm not exactly sure what Junior is doing.
Buffing dads shoes I think

Safety wasn't an issue then either. Dad is making sawdust while wearing a long sleeved jacket.
Strangely, the ladies in the family think it is warm.

Shoe's gonna catch an edge and fling into sis's head.
No one wearing safety gear, car's probably not even in park.
Neither kid is using their Iphone, must have been taken a few years back.
Dad could be turnin a bowl for the ice cream, junior buffin the spoons, sis is doin the finish, and mom just looks like a dish.
Sorry i'm done

Reading this almost has the same beat as a limerick:
"There once was a girl from Nantucket..."

If this link works you should see a picture of the rear of a 1949 Ford....

49 or 50 Ford? My guess too. So car is definitely not in park:D
Not sure what year Ford made automatic trans missions an option...found this on Wikipedia "Ford-O-Matic was the first automatic transmission widely used by Ford Motor Company.[1] It was designed by Borg Warner Corporation and introduced in 1951 model year cars."

1949 Ford, "Super Deluxe" Purely stock.

Dig the one (only) back-up light! No need for two since there was only one outside rear view mirror.

I don't recognize some items in the photo.

That is one very busy Shopsmith!

The motor seems to have three belts off it. One to the rear drives the compressor for the girl's paint sprayer, but the parts arrowed in the photo seem strange. Also,is the wife's buffer powered off the main spindle beyond the saw blade?
