OK, I called customer service. There was no email loaded for my record. There was a different record (bad postal address) with my email in it. She tried to load my email address into the correct record and it disappeared. She tried again and it took. :confused:

She also sent me a test email that I received quickly, with no problems. No spam filter on the one she sent.

So, we'll see if I start receiving the promotional emails again.
