I agree with JPG also. Look closely, and you can see that the edge of the shadow falls across not just the table, but the workpiece as well.

Shadow or not, ALL the other hardware says SS.

You can verify the shadow in two ways. First, you can see the light source reflection on the hood that is flipped up, indicated by a "hot spot" or light area originating on the left side of the hood. A lighting source to the left side of the saw then casts an even shadow that no only extends to the work piece but upon closer inspection also the fingers of the hand. Second, it is definitely a SS scroll saw, you can also see the blade alignment recessed areas on the back right of the table where the blade blocks go to help you with setting your blade properly, and as far as I know, all SS tables are flat.
