You absolutely handled it correctly - as long as you give the seller the opportunity to remedy the situation and they don't, then you owe it to other buyers out there to understand how this seller operates. This is the point of feedback and it's utility is diluted if folks' aren't honest when a seller is lame. I've had similar situations in the past and had sellers hold off on posting feedback to me as a buyer until I post my feedback - when I tried unsuccessfully to have them remedy things with a note that I would post less than positive feedback as a final recourse, they responded that if I did so, they would do the same to me...this is totally unfair as I came through on my end of the deal (prompt payment and good communication)...basically they are committing feedback blackmail. Ultimately I posted negative feedback anyway as I felt other buyers should beware and I didn't really care as a buyer what my feedback consisted of.
