today I received a 5/8 saw arbor (for the 500) and a thin kerf saw blade. Order total $107

For someone in Texas.

You would think by now they would check the mailing label before they ship.

This seems to be happening enough that I would say "they have a problem". We here on the forum represent only a small portion of their customer base. Three members here have received incorrect mailings in as many weeks.

I wonder is when they ship to the wrong address (an address not associated with an order) they can tell.

Actually, unless I'm mistaken, it's the same member that has received three incorrect mailings...something is screwy in their mailing database

I think there's some "payola" going on here.
