I would print those scales on glossy photo paper but I do not know if the 3M glue would work, I will have to test this.

Somehow I missed Andy's post with the pdf yesterday!

FWIW, I needed print it out at 94% to get the correct 'length'.

P.S. If using thicker photo paper, the length may need to be increased to accommodate the larger diameter created by the additional paper thickness.
