What did you do that caused you to have difficulty keeping it aligned?
I too have a sled. Mine was not aligned using Ng's advise but once I got it aligned - it has remained so.
In my opinion, his methods help to accomplish an alignment more accurately and more efficiently but not necessarily a better sled.
Once done, no matter which sled you have or which alignment you used, if you leave any of the locks unlocked - you no longer have a reliable alignmenmt.

Thank you for posting this link. I have watched Ng's 5 cut video before but this is different and was much more informative.
I have a sled that was built and adjusted using his method so it should be dead on but it is not. It is not all that bad but I have decided to remove the front fence and do it over. Just don't know when.
I would sure like to enroll in some of his classes. Not only is he a great craftsman, he is also an excellent teacher and speaker.
