I vote, skip this one. My compressor just like this just died after its second year of operation and I don't use it all that much. Mostly for tire inflation a brad nailer and a blow gun at low PSI. It's very noisy and the tank is way too small!

I vote, skip Sears. I purchased a small tank type a while back for about the same $. Took the first one back(noticed machining debris in bottom of filler port when I went to add oil). Examined the second in the store before 'accepting' it and it did not have a cap for the oil fill hole! Checked the third one and currently am, using it(so far so good). It does not get much use! I have seen 'look alikes' since then at much lower prices.

I agree RE: Sears. They used to be my go-to place, but not anymore. If I'm going to buy something made in China (which is rare), I'll spend half the price elsewhere.

Not only is it no longer my 'go to place', but it is about to be no longer here.

Yup! Closing up! Too many other places to purchase Craftsman tools(Ace, Kmart,Amazon?)

Two places to get a compressor were shown above. One from Harbor Freight, the other at Sears. What does that tell us?????
