Are the motor wires selected randomly to attach to the 3 wires that go into the motor from the relay/capacitor? One wire is connected to 1 motor wire, another to about 5 motor wires and another to a few motor wires going in random directions. Is it critical to attach these exact motor wires to the same AWG12 wires entering the motor? Seems weird that 1 wire is attached to only 1 motor wire. Thanks.

The (3) 12 guage wires entering the motor from the relay/capacitor seem to attach to random motor wires. One attaches to one single motor wire, another to about 5, and another to about 7. Do I need to reattach these 12 guage wires to the exact wires again? One motor wire seems weak.

The AWG12 wires from the relay/capacitor seem to attach to random motor wires. One attaches to a few wires, another to a few wires, and another to just one motor wire. One tiny wire soldered to a AWG12 wire seems pretty weak. Do I need to reattach these exact motor wires?

They are definitely NOT RANDOM and and any 'loose' or about to be 'loose' need to be secured to that from which they became loose.

That 'tiny wire' is likely one end of the start winding. It probably connects to the start switch or start capacitor.

P.S. the 12AWG wire needs to be secured so as to not place stress on the tiny wire.
