Anything worth doing .. is worth doing well.
If ya want it done right, ya gotta do it yourself.
The Devil's in the details.
The difference between a man and a boy? The price of his toys.

If something is worth doing it is worth postponing until you have everything to do it.
Based on other axioms that will be forever.

If you have 3 kids between 5 and 18, never count on an un-interrupted project.

About tools and expendables:
Two is one, one is none.
Better to have and not need than to need and not have.
When buying new tools (and you're married

):
Sometimes it's better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission.

Or, it's better to buy and hide in the workshop (and be the one who keeps the books)

For those in computing programming:
X=X+1
So:
X (number of tools we own)+ 1 new tool= the number of tools we own,
See honey, nothing new here
I feel so touched by all the axioms that is not even funny!

Ah, but the 'left' X(tools owned) changes once the equation is 'executed'.
But But the 'right' X
next time is the
new value.
So X continues to increase linearly!;)
Just make sure it stays linear and does not go geometrically.
