Sorry about that rcplaneguy. Because youtube identified copyrighted music in my video, they place a removeable ad on the front of the video and send the ad revenue to the artists. That seems fair to me. They also restrict viewing to a desktop computer in a browser. That's annoying but it must make somebody happy so we're stuck with it.

Nice montage and nice music as well. I must say that I do not always appreciate movements while seeing a picture. I find that for me it distracts the eye and I missed something, some detail, so what I do is pause the video in order to look more closely, of course that pauses the music as well, but one must choose, is it the music I am listening to or is it the pictures that I want to enjoy. So I end up watching twice and when it is intended to be paused I close the volume of the music to enjoy more fully the pictures.
Beautiful scenery particularly in the fall with the colours and in the spring with the flowers.
Thanks for the feedback Cam! I used a free program from Microsoft called Windows Movie Maker to convert the jpegs to a video and add the music. The transition between pictures offers lots of different options and it was hard to pick the one I liked the best. You must be a photographer too because I like to linger longer over a picture but depending on the viewer you can lose people if the video moves along too slowly. I could put the pictures out on the flickr web site too, where they can be seen at full resolution. They lose a lot in the conversion to video.

I was not talking per say at the transition between the photos but rather the effect that makes the picture move (zoom in or out, or pan on the pictures) I know it makes it more interesting to some, but to me we loose so many details on the composition of the picture, the details of what's in the picuture ... etc...
It would be an idea to put it on flickr site ...
Yes I am a photographer and videographer, I work on Mac with Final cut pro and IMovie.
I am retired now and hope to spend more time taking pictures of the nature around me. During winter it is not very easy on the equipment and on the hands (too cold).
Thanks for addressing my comments and it was meant to be constructive, it does not diminish at all your work. Sometimes it is very time consuming to achieve a good outcome. You did it.
