Heading back north this AM. North, like the Union and Yankees, and Badgers?

After what Dusty found I would be real careful. Also I don't think the Lake or the road that goes around the property is owned by the property. If it is just farm no problem but if kids are back there running dirt bikes or something you may find it interesting to have the house so close to a road you don't control and isn't under police protection.

My opinion until I found out why the house sold so cheap and who all is authorized to use the road I would be real leery.

If the house was in the center of the property or not near the road I would not worry.

Also check drainage. The house is at the bottom of the hill. There is a swell but I have seen those filled and more water was coming.

Back north, but still south of the Ohio river(Mason Dixon line!)
