JPg. update on this one. Gentlemans agreement, sold to me for a Sept pick up. asking 280, got it for 250, my offer. I am not a low baller on this type of distant and PU in a few weeks deal with no down payment. I am not really in the "drivers seat" on this type of deal.

Well since you will be in that area anyway. Pick up the other 2 while your at it.
