Doubt that spacer is "OEM".

While apart check the key stock wear condition. Also the floating sheave key way.

When reassembling, be sure to capture the key under the set fan sheave set screw.

It looks like you need a new spacer. I did buy some of these spacers from Shopsmith some time ago. I believe Linda found the part number or the spacers for me. They were solid cylinder, not split and much thicker material than earlier spacers. I use a 5/8" steel washer/shim between the spacer and the fan sheave. This allows me to reuse of the fan sheave. Then I install the key against the washer.
