I am home now and am up and around and feeling OKAY but my wife has placed guards on the door to the shop.

Followup appointments with three doctors will consume the upcoming week. My medical coverage is certainly being validated. Three days in the ICU and four more days in recovery will not be inexpensive.

Glad to hear your feeling better after all that....Terrible having to be a submissive husband, isn't it? :)

Well it happens to us all. That is the prostrate issues. That one was cancer.
On the other health issues, luckily I have no experience -yet.

Here's wishing you get better quickly and mind your sweet wife!

I am back home and feeling fine. The fact that my activities have been restricted is the only thing I have to complain about right now. Appointments with my urologist and cardiologist this week will reveal what I am up against for the long haul. The outlook, at least right now, is a lot better than it was a week or two ago.

God's speed for your recovery Dusty! I had radiation treatment for prostate cancer about 4 years ago. Certainly changes life a bit.

Thank you for the feed back. I really know what I am up against with my heart condition. I have been living with that for years. I expect a pace maker as the result of this latest episode. The urinary tract issue is not so clear. I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostrate long ago but have had no real problems until now. This may be something completely different. The bleeding colon problem seems to no longer be a problem.

This last trip to the hospital could be compared to going for an oil change and ending up with a complete overhaul.

Maybe we should move this thread to the Maintenance and Repair forum? :D
