I have it on one of the three 510's I have and I have to vote in favor of it. I like the ability to easily change the position of the handle so quickly.

I have the three piece kit, and I like being able to move the handle to the other side of the machine if it is in the way. That way I don't set the handle down and then lose it.

Ed, you are right. The table doesn't allow clearance for the three bar handle. If I put an adapter on the back side, then the three bar handle can't be used.

I have considered the new quill handle system, but find the price higher than I want to justify.
As I was reading this I wondered if anyone has considered or even made a two length original system. The standard length seems too long because it often gets in the way, especially when lowering the table, however a longer handle might offer an easier pulling stroke when doing drill press operations (without going to the three spoke design). It would be simple to cut and thread two different lengths of rod.
Still haven't been able to get into the shop for the last 2 months, but may fiddle with this when I do get some room to move.
Be well,
Ben

I ordered it yesterday along with some other items. It's on back order. At least the rest of the order has shipped.
