Well, the inventor gets points for having a good name (Alec) if nothing else. I feel like it's making a lot of micro adjustments a few microseconds too late, i.e. judging from what I can see on the video, that you'll get a relatively straight line, but a little shaky. Like when I have a sloppy template made from particleboard and the router bushings have a little play. :P

I have not had the best success with an automated router. Just ask my Garmin.... And I feel certain, that it would love to find the feature to mute the operator just as I did it, at those times when it directs me to turn left, into a lake.

I couldn't resist. That's just what popped into my mind as I read the thread. Perhaps you have appropriate context to have empathy.
