By the way, what are these things made from? Lead? Kryptonite? Plain ole steel cannot be that heavy!
I guess when I bought it, as a short term thought I had kind of planned on mounting it on the wall like I have seen as a drill press temporarily as my cheap craftsman one took a dump. But after lifting this, I don't know about that. The real long term reason for buying this is if I ever get a burr up my rear to try wood turning I could set this unit aside for that.
