I know!!! Tried to talk him into the shelf, but
dealing with engineers is sometimes a "brick wall".
He has speakers on top of the towers, on the floor outside the towers and also at the other side of the room (elevated), behind where he (and family) sits.
I think they call it surround sound.
Oh I DO understand that!!!
Must be due to wearing out the hearing apparatus listening to professors.
Worked with many with that 'attribute'.

Yep! But from a different mold than most. I was a technician first.
