Re: Reflections Lake
Dick, my father was the head manager at Pine Lawn Cemetery, if you are cremated there are no ashes left, it is just some of your larger bones that are ground/pulverized into what family thinks are ashes.
Yes, I want one third dispersed where I deer/grouse over that pond/lake in the fall when the Larches are turning golden yellow, the other third is on St Marys Bay, on Lake Superior, in MN on the way to Thunder BAY, Ontario, the other third, to be spread in Aspen, CO where I skied at ever year.

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.

Pioneer Peak is the mountain to the left and it is some 6,395 ft tall. The snow is new, we've gotten more than one snow storm above the 2,000 ft line this year. None yet in Anchorage, but it will be real soon now!edflorence wrote:Likewise...the birches and cottonwoods in North Idaho are just now starting to show a little yellow...I am curious about the snowy mountains...how high are they and how recent is the snow?
thanks,
Glad y'all like the pic, thanks for the compliments!

When I was stationed in Quebec, Canada from 1980-1984 we had snow 8 months of the year. The first winter I was there (1980-1981) we had 2 1/2 months when the temperature averaged -30F at night and -20F during the day.
The houses had double doors. No, not a storm door, double insulated regular doors.
We used to put the beer out on the porch to get cold. More than 10 minutes and it would freeze solid and usually pop the top.
