Yes!!!

Rick shows how to align the fence in his DVD. He shows how to do it with all the Mark V models (500-520).

Is any of this covered in Rick's DVD?

I just checked Rick's DVD and the answer to your question is yes. He shows how to align all 3 fences, 500, 510 & 520. He also uses a board for alignment in the miter slot as Dusty mentioned. If you haven't purchased this DVD yet, it is well worth getting. Hope this helps.

Hi Chuck,
I was just addressing this in another thread: Dusty prints the threads that he is interested in and catologs them. He probably does it in such a way that locating the info is much faster for him then it is for anyone using the search tool or trying to do it from memory.

Does he use the Dial indicator for any of the alignment procedures?

I'm going to get the DVD when his kitchen cabinets DVD is ready along with the hope that they have a special if you buy both DVDs together.

Oohh.. I'd like that DVD when it comes out.. I've got a set of cabinets to re-do for the kitchen and also some for the shop (aka garage).. The garage comes first as it will be my guinea pig
