If not frayed and look good, just run em, you could use a belt dressing on them if you can clean off the excess. If the machine sat for a few years they may have a "'set"' in them, but that will come out in use.

I think thats he is taling about Mark VII Not the Mark Vi

i was reading some old forums on here said parts on a mark v will work on a mark vii why wouldnt the drive belt be the same?

The idler shaft is 2" further away from the motor shaft on a Mark VII.

The poly-v belt, though narrower, will work.
