Well darn I had hoped it was something that was commercially available. I have used the bamboo flooring that has the shredded bamboo that was pressed with a resin and it makes a very attractive product. How did you bind the fibers together?

Yeah, not commercially available. Depending on your state and how much research and investigating you wanna do, you might get some.
I don't have a vacuum stabilization system so I went the poor boy route and "drenched" the blank ends with thin 2P-10. Some came out good and others not so well(not getting uniform "fillage").

We established it was 'hemp', not marijuana. Close relative, but not the same. Not enough THC! Trouble is, the plants look alike!

The "wood" is sanded to 12k grit. Then applied a few coats of CA thin and sanded that to 12k grit.

Thanks for the enlightenment. My comment was an apparently weak attempt at humor. Truth be told I thought Hemp and Marijuana were one and the same. Hence the term smoking a rope. My lack of knowledge on the subject comes from the fact God gave me a sound mind and I like it that way, so I never saw a need to weaken it therefore I never researched marijuana.
