Ya Ya I know, but we are still in the kitchen!!!!! ;)
And it is a learning thing, shop to kitchen :cool:
As I have said here about taking care of mom, she has a wonderful garden, yes the Rhubarb and Asparagus will be up in May, Oh that Rhubarb sauce to mix in with Yogurt and and pies!!! The asparagus picked 30 minutes b4 cooking, and eating some raw in the picking process!!!! Rhubarb too!!
Life is good, too bad the Millenniums are just starting to learn it.

Maybe the knife/cooking thing should be moved to Community.
Brenda, I was splitting the angles and divided by half but the same close.
One of my best knives a Jap style a few months ago from Aldis, 6.99$, Straight handle 7" blade non wavy, Jap Chefs knife, it has a nice balance blade has a nice curve to it for rocking, and holds an edge nice.

Oh yes Rhubarb. Unfortunately my to big Rhubarb plants went south a few years ago. Really strange since they are very hardy? Rhubarb pie is super.
