It would appear that no one here is making this (yet?). Not the case in some english speaking lands. Here is a sample of the data:

I do use mdf for some limited applications but if I had this as an option I might use it more.

Ed, BB is Baltic Birch.
It comes in 5X5 sheets. Thickness is in MM. Close to 1/8" through 3/4"... At least. There may be thicker but I've not seen it. What I use as 3/4 has 12 plys including the two sanded face sheets. Great stuff!
