Boys (and Girls) - I was going to start a thread like this. Glad I found it. I've got some parts from my group of three SS's that I'm not sure if are made for the machine. I'll get some pictures rouned up and fire away.
In the meantime, got one question for you...are the couplers the same for the jig saw, band saw, and other attachments? I got a jig saw the other day (used) but didn't have the coupler for it. Thanks, I'll be back soon to upload my pics of parts...

Hi Chris! Just fell into this thread again and noticed what you called "Drum Sanders missing a stem" are actually complete if they have a set screw. They fit on both spindles of a Mark V and on the axillary spindle of the drum sander. No stem necessary!

Picture 4 are 10e/r vintage(and later) versions of a power coupler. They attach directly to the headstock shaft and the spt shaft. The two sizes are 1/2" and 5/8". The only spt I know having a 1/2" shaft are the jigsaw and the scroll saw. 5/8" shafts an all others. I do not know about the air compressor.
Picture 5 A = output spindle coupler hub(Mark 5/V) 4 grooves
B = 1/2" spt hub coupler (mark 5/V) 5 grooves
C = Idler output shaft coupler hub (Mark 5/V) 4 grooves
D = 5/8" spt hub coupler (mark 5/V) 5 grooves
Some of these MAY work with 10 e/r, But I believe they are different for the 10e/r.
Picture 8 Nothing silly there. The dado arbor was used for just this purpose way back when. The newer grinding wheel/shield uses a different arbor. If you are NOT using the new guard, what you have is ok. Good move re washer.
When grinding, protect the way tubes etc from the grinding debris. Have a support for the item being ground.

Chuck, he needs the bolt to tighten. To hold the sanding drum on.
I think it is a hex head bolt, 3/8-16 2 & 1/8 long.

Nice, machine looks like you have both A and B Power Mount Adapters along with the special headstock pulley with integral drive hub AND the speed changer to boot. Congratulations.
