Now that the beans are spilt, I wonder if Skou knows or knew. Too early for him to be around.
I did order a set from Skip long as I was ordering other things and he machines the flange on them to the proper SS dimension, as long as I need to take it off anyway for the belt change and the ones on there I bet are original.
Well, I said it was not OEM just as JPG until I checked my manual.
I dont know how to interpret that, it was not included with an ER, original equipment accessory from the MS, IMO still is OEM.

I bought this one not that I needed it, well kinda, I got one laying on the floor at moms, I need to make a bench for it. I am stuck a bit, I need a Drill Press to make the bench and some other things here to move forward with the shop, the price was more then right, and delivered.
I am going to pull the pulleys off the one in rehab, I have a rebuild SC for it, and belts for it and get this new one to normal, while waiting on Skips stuff, and then use that on the rehab one, I hate spinning wheels, or stalled ones. Not to mention boredom, I had plenty of that this winter and spring.

John we are cool,
stuff in emails, chat room, text, ect have no connotation of voice. Sad but true. No sense in either of us getting a Riding Crop out and finding a stray horse.

The 'Kentuckian' knew about the pulley cover for that purpose, but had forgotten(or never noticed) the 2 x 3 pulley.
And yes he does have a 10E from(as near as I can tell) 1947. Still torn down.
I got it with the intention to make it a dedicated drill press, but have decided to bring it back to 'original'.
Speaking of which, I doubt it had that 2x3 pulley 'originally'(the 'O' in OEM
)
So, you got a fairly rare pulley. Take good care of it!

Interrupted for other endeavors like a Mark VII . . . And a shortage of clear floor space.
The Mark VII is getting close. The 'modified'(bag cabinet interior) base is almost ready for assembly. Lotta skull banging for that. Much 'improvisation'. It'll be worth it I think. Some other stuff also like the way tube gear replacement and a new cam from Richard Rouse(3d printer) and re painting stuff that has gotten scuffed by the extended shuffling over time.
Oh, and getting shop time to do anything.
BTW anybody know of a source for 10" psa sanding discs? I got three discs waiting for some(both sides - flat and conical). Think three different grits.

Klingspor makes 10 inch disks.
Klingspor makes 10 inch I was looking for some disks for my random orbital the other day and noticed them. I split a box of their end rolls and a bargain box with a friend about 15 years ago. The stuff wears very well. I still have all kinds of the end rolls left.
