Feeling much better today. Thanks for all the comments. As far as I can tell it was from one of several sources so we may never know. The meats were chicken from a chicken Caesar salad and rib eye steak or possibly from mayonnaise in a club sandwich. Got out into the shop for a little while today and felt pretty good. I'm hoping for 100% tomorrow as I have to leave on a business trip to Washington DC.

1st one, Mayo, wifes tail, will spoil at at a summers picnic is a salad; WRONG, Mayo is made up of oil, raw egg and vinegar, the vinegar is a preservative, and it is all about PH, bacteria grows on sugar, starches, that is why sour cream goes good way beyond its use date. Cottage cheese goes at that time or soon after.
Ground meat due to all of the exposed areas is bad after a few days, surface bacteria growth on all of them,, a good piece of beef no.
Chicken and Fish the bacteria that grows on them is way exponential over beef and pork, nature of the meat, that is why they have fresh fish on ice,
as it melts it takes the bacteria away, fresh chicken should be the same but they dont in the meat display case.
I put my money on the bad chicken on the Caesar Salad, not the Rib Eye, or if it was not real Mayo, but Salad Dressing, Miracle Whip which has no vinegar in it, that i my 2nd choice, that is why it taste sweeter then Mayo.
