Ed, I got both the Stomper and longworth chuck from Lloyd Johnson at woodturnerpro.com. Great site for learning segmented turning. He does have information on how to make your own stomper, and there are plans on the web to make longworth chucks that can be adapted to this.
Lloyd's prices are fair in my opinion.

OK went to the web site and see that the prices aren't that bad so I've added the combo to my next years potential tool budget.
