Thank You BD, yes I have the Night Cap, funny thing, Mom has knit a few for her head, and I dangle it over her when bed time. She is a sweet haeart.
Okay me too, and I dont think "spell check" does grammar, that maybe an other
thing in some program, but I am semi computer stupid, so I let that to some one else here, hear

At least none of 'us' got bent out of shape and we kept it all in perspective(humor properly received). Well one jab maybe.

DB5 can be sneaky!

Little bit fearful of jumping into this topic, my grammar is horrible. Some folks are a product of their education and simply get stuck on certain grammar mistakes. Myself, some where in my education, I learned to use article word "the" in front of common nouns, yes I know, not correct, and I am sure I was taught to use articles correctly, but my mind stored it wrong...lol..I don't do it all the time, just on some words. To this day I can't stop myself from writing, or saying, things like...the University...even if I know is it is not correct, I still do it, not the only common noun I do it with, just the most often. When I hear someone say "I went to University" or "I went to Hospital" it drives me crazy and just sounds WRONG, catches my attention every time, but I know it is NOT wrong...still sounds wrong, to me. Having said all that, I think, spell check is probably responsible for untold numbers of grammatical mistakes.
Please don't go crazy over this reply grammatically, remember I told you up front, my grammar is horrible....lol

Just don't try to correct people who are never wrong.

I'd never presume to correct someone
directly about their grammar or spelling. But, there are two common misspellings that really bug me..."loose" for lose and "planner" for planer. Ain't no grammar issues by which I'm bothered.
Nobody's perfect....well, my wife sometimes says I'm a perfect idiot.
Is it ego that causes me to agree?

We all should try to remember that our grammar and spelling will reflect on what people here think of us. Since we can't see and talk to each other in person, the things we write become the person others see.
I know that personally, when I watch a commercial on TV or see an ad in print and the grammer and spelling has obvious errors, it determines for me that I won't consider buying their product. I feel that if they don't care enough to use correct grammar and spelling, they probably don't care enough to offer a good product.
I make spelling and grammar errors here just like anybody else. I hate spell checkers on a computer and refuse to have them annoying me so my errors show up for all of you to see.

There, There; They’re folks who use Their iPhones and Smartphones that can make major ‘corrections’ with the imbedded auto defect function that might be in play here….. or would that be hear, here or am I splitting hairs, or would that be hares? I need to leave this alone now. I suspect I need to get my car which is parked on the driveway, and drive on the parkway to get an overpriced coffee somewhere, hopefully not over the Rainbow, but at least I could use the pot of gold to pay for the coffee, but I digress...
