What good will that do.There is no reason for me to trust that they will do that any better than they update their web site. I just checked status and it reportedly has not changed since 2:00PM yesterday. If that package has not yet left Fountain Valley, it just might be next Friday before I receive it.JPG wrote:Quit 'checking'.

As others have said above, the seller can print a label with a tracking number from their home or anywhere and immediately send it to you. Until the shipper actually picks up the package and scans the tracking number it is not in their system so doesn't show. It is not only the USPS but FedEx and UPS also.dusty wrote:It is now six hours later and the status has not changed. At this point no one knows for sure - is it the seller or is it USPS that does not have their act together.
Well the package is not being driven by a personal driver directly from the seller to your house.dusty wrote:What good will that do.There is no reason for me to trust that they will do that any better than they update their web site. Really! Google map says that it is a 7 1/2 hour drive from Fountain Valley to Tucson and it takes 7 days.
That is all obvious, John. The status was "Shipping Label Created USPS Awaiting Item".The item has not yet moved at that time.jsburger wrote:As others have said above, the seller can print a label with a tracking number from their home or anywhere and immediately send it to you. The USPS used to be terrible with tracking. Most of the time I would get packages before the tracking number had any information on their web site. It has gotten WHOLE a lot better over the years.
