Another question about the motor.. or all electric motors in general I guess. I've never worked on one before this, and I doubt I've ever seen one run. So after some setback, at 5am today before work I was finally able to hit the switch and boy did she sound good. I didn't put the little plate on the back cover yet, so when I flipped the switch I saw a little "flash of lightning" inside the motor, best way to explain it cause it wasn't sparks, just a flash. I can imagine it's normal, but I just want to double check so that I don't end up setting something on fire.

I would hazard a guess that it was the start switch arcing(normal).

Sounds good to me! It's amazing what new bearings will do for something. It was turned on when I picked it up and sounded pretty rough. Now that it's got new bearings it's like a whole new motor. Just for some info, and no affiliation to the company, I used 6203-2rs ABEC3 bearings from usa bearings and belts (from ebay) per Bill Mayo's recommendation. Thanks Bill!

OH yea you're right! They're 6203-2rs. Thanks for the catch on that. Just went and changed it so there's no confusion.
