I would not buy a rotozip for this function, if you have one laying around then it does work but.....

Here is a picture of the label that has the model number and amp rating (4A). It is for reference only as you will see a bit later.

Version 2.0

I decided to mount my PC trim router this time. The sub-base has been removed for this mounting.
This is the data plate for it:
When mounted it looks like this from below:
From the top nothing looks different except for the three new holes.
This change has been a major improvement. So much so that I will now start a new thread to show another function of this adapter, so I'll link it later just in case they get lost from each other.

I like it. I wonder if there is a way for me to mount my DeWalt version of the Rotozip. I know it is used for a CNC router. Maybe in the OPR?

You sure could look at the possibility. You have a couple of options, one would be to see if the hole pattern will fit without damaging the table inserts insert, it is quite large so my guess this might be an issue. The second option would be to make an adapter plate that fastens to your dewalt and then fits an existing hole pattern on the opr plate.

I have dual hitachi routers for my OPR. I have enough routers that I can keep them both in place full time. While the dewalt you have might have enough power I'm guessing that it takes only 1/4" bits. This would limit what you would want to do but I guess it is workable so long as you only do light work.
