OH! The Do-hicky that mounts on the end of the telescoping tube.

That do-hicky is a 3/4" pipe railing fitting.

When you refer to a lathe chuck, are you meaning a spur drive, or something fancier(not standard equipment)

book calls it the drive center, the tailstock has the cup center in it, and ill probably invest in the lathe stuff pretty quick,

and i figured ebay, cl and shopsmith have everything ill acquire slowly, just figured id check here first, simple assuming that the folks here have a great chance of taking better care of their stuff.

Looks like this question from your original post hasn't been answered yet. The short answer is no, selling is not allowed on the forum. However, I have seen many posters offer things for free to other forum members just for the cost of shipping.

For the fast falling table, that's another sign that you cleaned and waxed the table riser posts very well!
