Windex or pretty much any window cleaner and be uses to remove acrylics like house paint or craft paint. I use this for cleaning my airbrushes and hands after have have been painting toys. The first time I used it to clean paint off my hands I was amazed at how well it worked.

I don't know about the modern versions but I have used hand cleaners such as Gojo to remove acrylics. Just apply a generous coating and let it sit for awhile.

Citrus based cleaners like Goo Gone would probably work too,

If it is latex paint, ammonia will break it down.

I forgot to mention ammonia. That's probably what makes the window cleaner work.
