Glad to hear it, Heath. As indicated in my post above, I was hoping for a black friday deal on the G3 chuck for a second one; but, didn't happen as far as I was aware. Turning is a lot of fun

My third snowman turned on my 10ER with the Nova Chuck. Still have a lot to learn, but it's a lot of fun.

I just bought a NOVA G3 with 2" jaws and the Shopsmith adapter from an Ebay vendor for $114. Brand new. Now if only Shopsmith would send me the freakin' parts I need!

Looks like Woodcraft now has the G3 with just the 50 mm jaws and no insert for $99.
