5/8" Arbor problem

It is definitely an arbor for a Mark V 500 # 555321. No, I didn't run it with a washer or two on the 5/8" quill shaft. I was simply trying to figure out why the blade was off 1/8" from lining up with the table slot. Like I said I normally use the 5/8" arbor used for the molding cutters when using a 5/8" blade. This arbor works great just trying to utilize the 500 to keep from changing blades so often. I guess I need to put it on eBay.
