Only the 25 pairs shown are included.
So far I'm doing thing like this with the SO only. I have made a total of 10 trees, one out of 1/4" material and the rest out of 1/8" material. In all the cases I can go it one pass so things go pretty fast.
I have yet to make a pattern using the SO even if I did buy it for that purpose. I'm just having too much fun but I would guess at some point and level of duplication there will be better ways to go. I'm planning on making another dozen of the climbing bears I do and I plan to time the SO doing it and I can then compare that with what I do using the OPR. That should be quite telling.
Keep in mind the bears are cut then it takes a while to clean them up with sanding the edges and that is a major time component and no my favorite part of the process. With the SO I can do the final pass with an off set which should result in a much nicer finish on the edges and thus save time sanding.
BTW the forest is now up to three trees.

I also have a woodworking question for you. The SO seems like a great way to make a pattern. But once you have a pattern, which would be faster for “production” ... your OPR, the SO, or a conventional router with a pattern bit?
