Those were in some versions, but not used in the Power Pro. The old greenie headstock I upgraded didn't have the upper screw and washer in the casting so I drilled and tapped that myself. The idler bushing and shaft moved by itself into place as I went through the alignment process. Tightening the retention bolt underneath was a little nerve-wracking, it's just to the point of tightening up, and the bushing and shaft have been stable since then.chapmanruss wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 3:01 pm Looking at the pictures the Idler bearing and shaft are pulling back out of the eccentric. It has been a while since I last had a headstock apart but shouldn't there be a set screw in the eccentric holding the bearing in place?

Thanks JPG and Ed,
I couldn't remember if I was remembering that from an old or a newer Headstock. JPG good reference picture.
