I have to give Shopsmith a good report too. One of my headstocks had internal problems. I tore it down on Sunday and found the problem. I went online on Sunday afternoon and ordered parts. Shopsmith filled my order on Monday and shipped it. It arrived today, Thursday, which amazed me because the Postal Service rarely gets things here that fast.
