Thanks everyone. My wife has been suffering from vertigo lately, I am concerned it may be the lights. She spends a lot of time in a room with track lighting. W have mixed lamps in the fisxtures including some of the screw in base flourescents.

My shop is in a detached garage and I have been thinking about changing the lighting to some of the T 8 lamps.
