To clean up the saw marks, I used a curved rasp and followed that up with sandpaper wrapped around a 1 1/4" dowel. Only a few strokes with the rasp.

Sorry about not being clear in the OP.

Nick did a session on it's use and, IIRC, that one also was the cove cutting session.

The process is a lot easier than I had imagined.

I'm curious about some of the other applications for the adjustable stop collar.
Where would I find that information?

Bob - The Adjustable Stop Collar is very useful on the drill press table. Also the same table when used with the OPR. If the table is too close to the carriage, or way tubes, it can be placed on the other side of the carriage either in vertical or horizontal configurations.

There is probably other applications. You can do the 'Search' function for other ideas, cause I can't think of any more.
