I checked the length of the spare belt I have for the Power Station today. I remembered to bring a fabric measuring tape out to the shop. I even remembered not to leave it out there so my wife won't miss it.
The belt measures at 25" so a 5L250 belt should work as a replacement for the OEM Belt P/N 515633

This is not the first time I have found a fabric measuring tape useful in the shop. Now that the shop is a separate building and not in the oversized garage next to her sewing area as it was at our old home, I need to buy one for my toolbox.

Yeah. Most round things in the shop are actually circular and can be measured accurately enough with calipers and something called 'pi'. Belts are a bit trickier to measure accurately when accounting for tension and a variable pulley.
