Don't want to start a rumor, But I think the Canadian company will be https://stockroomsupply.com. As they were mentioned in the video. With the exchange rate an mark7 would be like $7500CND. I think they could do well selling parts to the canadian market.

Sure would be nice if SS had an Amazon store with at least parts. I understand the weight of headstocks etc can be an issue with the Amazon systems. On Amazon.ca it shows the duty etc.

I was able to order the drum sleeve from Shopsmiht in Dayton. They shipped to Canada via USPS, and the package arrived yesterday. As for All-In_one, they were a good supplier, when they had their store. According to Shopsmith they are out of business, allthough All-In-One's web site is still up. The site though has not been updated since at least December 2024.

I mentione this to Shopsmith, ans suggested the contact the domain name onwer, and either have the site taken down, or confirm that All-In-One is their Canadian distributor. No methin was made of a new Canadian source.

Recently I tried to drop off my Mark V headstock for servicing at All in One Tools in Oakville (2070 Speers Rd) and found it locked up tight. No indication of any trouble on their website. I have tried to contact them several times by email and if I phone them I get a message saying the number is not in service. The main Shopsmith Customer Service people in the US. have not been helpful at all. If Shopsmith wants to continue to sell in Canada, they need to up their game and provide us Canadians with the proper service we expect.
