That part is integrated with the lower and upper guard. I do have the whole assembly. That's the only part you need?

Yes that is the only part I need. The splitter in the photo attaches to the lower guard with two screws. My splitter was bent when I bought the 1980 Mark V and I have nto been able to bring it back to planar. I hate to break up a complete upper and lower guard assembly.
