If I understand correctly, you are wanting the Guard part ref. # 213, part number 514359 from the link below. That is the part the Guard Stud ref. # 214 P/N P514486 you wanted to remove and reuse shown in your previous picture.

It appears Shopsmith doesn't sell most of the Lower Guard parts individually. If that plastic part is bad what is the condition of the other plastic parts in the Lower Guard and are they worth keeping? Just thinking out loud here.
