Cecil,
In the additional pictures you posted I see some of the "missing" accessories I listed. Unfortunately, there is an additional broken part seen in the picture next to the Drill Chuck. It is the Arm of the Table Riser that goes on the Table Assembly Post. It is shown in the instruction sheet below.
