Now my hijack question…
Does anyone have an idea on how to do clothing storage for kids that destroy dresser drawers. I don't think they do it intentionally, but seem to have no concept of not overloading them or climbing in or on them, or wrestling around them, etc.

You need to find Oscar Goldman... He can rebuild them... He has the technology...

Actually, I don't have any suggestions for you. I first hit this list a couple years back when I had a dresser to repair that had suffered a similar fate. A thousand-mile move, different job assignment, and other "life-changes" have hit since then, but I'm happy to say I finally did finish those drawers! I rebuilt them out of sturdier plywood, then gave the dresser to my daughter instead of my son (who started this whole mess in the first place). She's not nearly as hard on things as he is.
