I don't see that as a problem since I have reservation and Indian land all around me. Most of them have casinos and hotels on them

Not a problem here either. But, the closest guy on this forum (that I know of) would have to drive through more than two reservations to get to me. that can be dangerous....to your wallet.

Found 7 old Stanley planes. Well, 6. One is a Bailey.
One is a Joiner. That monster has to be 2' long. May keep those.

Found a blade about 18" long with a handle on each end. For roughing a log????

Also 3 Yankee screw drivers with wooden handles. Dozens of wooden handled commons. Most handles are pretty well shot. Gonna toss them.

I can get to Gene's place without worrying about an Indian raid! Besides, I'm part Indian.

About 12 years ago, I bid on the contents of an abandoned storage locker. It was crammed full of mostly HHG, but there were several boxes of small tools in the lot. We were moving to our present location at the time and had rented the adjacent locker. I just happened to be there when the abandoned one was being auctioned. Anyway, we kept to refinish/repair and/or resold most of the furniture and small appliances. The boxes of tools ended up in OUR storage sheds. Little by little, I've been sorting through them. Now that I'm retired, I've been remodeling my shop and I thought this was a good time to clean out the sheds and put some of the tools to use...for me or someone else. When I'm done, I can use the sheds for lumber.

I have a 500 so the feather board is of no use to me. I have several already and they fit. And, how many dado arbors can I use with just one dado set and one saw? There's 3 or four more beer case sized boxes to go through and an el-cheapo 3 drawer metal filing cabinet that I'll have to destroy to get into. It's locked and there's no key. Sounds like tools, not paper, in it.

From the assortment of tools, it looks like the previous owner bought it all like I did. Sharpening jigs and no stones or chisels (yet) lathe tool sharpening stones and no tools, just a few SS items, fairly worn files and rasps, screwdrivers with busted handles...etc.

Gene - One of the things on my list is to be able to sharpen my tools. Currently, I don't have anything. Let me know when your ready to start shipping. If the shipping cost makes sense we can arrange the particulars.
